Summary To play a vital role in administering functions related to admin as per timeline to ensure smooth functioning of organizational initiatives engagement activities and employee welfare Responsibilities Manage End-to-end admin functions Managing facility management across the plant and back office Coordination for employee engagement activities celebrations health check-up camps outing etc Coordination with marketing agency for different art working for branding purpose Coordination with all departments regarding submission of review reports participation in surveys training programs etc Managing reception as and when required Managing office events and vendor coordination as per approved budget Issuing replacing laptop and mobiles to staffs and other office assets as and when required basis approvals and maintain tracker Ensuring all the asset in the company is maintained in asset tracker including all electrical and non-electrical items Ensuring proper seating arrangement and dress codes of staffs are maintained Regularly monitoring required stationeries required and purchases as per approval Maintaining track of uniform materials issued to staffs Coordination for booking of tickets and hotels for guests and management as and when required Coordination with Security and Housekeeping staffs to ensure proper hygiene maintained enhancing office experience for visitors and staffs and safety protocols are being followed Must have attention to detail of each tasks as assigned and to adhere the timelines Coordinating in license renewals AMC renewal and insurance renewal etc Repair Maintenance of any sanitary breakdown from external sources Photography in events Plant Signage and banner installations Coordination for electrical and internet breakdowns service interruptions with vendor Vendor management Miscellaneous project assignment Liaising with people and ensure the basic amenities are facilitated Requirements Requirements Experience Min 3 Yrs Experience in admin Educational Qualification Any Graduate MBA - Added Advantage Knowledge Skills Must have strong integrity and values in work practice Good drafting skill in English Knowledge in Microsoft Excel Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues Benefits Provident Fund Weekly Offs Leaves PL CL SL ETO Insurance OPD
