We are a pioneer in the retail and distribution of luxury interior lifestyle products in India for over 20 years. With two flagship stores (Delhi & Mumbai) and a growing national presence through franchise stores, we are expanding rapidly across categories such as Bathroom Wellness, Wooden Flooring, and Kitchens.
We are now looking for a dynamic and well-connected individual to manage and grow our High Net-Worth Individual (HNI) and architect/designer client base in Mumbai.
Job Purpose
As a Senior HNI Sales Manager (Individual Contributor), you will be responsible for developing, nurturing, and managing relationships with HNIs like Bollywood celebs, bureaucrats, architects, and interior designers. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring exceptional service and closing high-value sales opportunities across our luxury product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to grow business from HNIs, architects, and interior designers in Mumbai.
- Act as a single point of contact for HNI clients, providing personalized service and solutions across Bathroom Wellness, Kitchens, and Flooring.
- Understand client aspirations and lifestyle needs, and provide consultative, experience-driven selling.
- Engage in regular client interactions, events, and showroom visits to strengthen relationships and build trust.
- Collaborate internally with product and operations teams to ensure smooth client experience and timely project execution.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and client pipeline.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide insights for business growth.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and client data.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- 20+ years of experience in luxury sales / business development / HNI relationship management.
- Proven track record of handling UHNI clients, architects, and luxury projects.
- Experience in luxury interiors (bathrooms, kitchens, flooring, furniture, lifestyle) or luxury sectors like real estate, hospitality, automobiles, or premium lifestyle brands.
- Exceptional relationship-building, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong consultative selling style with ability to close high-ticket transactions.
- Graduate degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.

- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple high-value clients and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.
