Job Description Job Title: Sales Representative USA Process Location: Bangalore & Gurgaon Job Type: Full-Time Shift Timing: Night Shift (Aligned to US Time Zones) Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Sales Representatives to join our team for the USA Process. The ideal candidates will have experience dealing with the US market, or be freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong desire to build a career in sales. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound/inbound calls to potential customers in the US market - Promote and sell products or services effectively - Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during interactions - Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets - Keep records of customer interactions and update CRM systems accurately - Collaborate with team members and managers to improve overall performance Requirements: - Prior experience in US sales process or international calling (preferred) - Freshers with excellent English communication skills are encouraged to apply - Strong persuasion and negotiation skills - Ability to work night shifts aligned with US time zones - Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus - High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus What We Offer: - Competitive salary with attractive incentives - Performance-based growth opportunities - Training and development programs - Supportive work environment - Opportunity to work with international clients
