Job Description

Job Title: Salesforce Agent force Specialist / Architect

Location: Chennai / Hyderabad.

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Salesforce Agentforce Specialist / Architect with strong experience in Salesforce and AI-powered solutions. The role involves implementing Agentforce, integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), and building scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

Requirements:

- 1012 years overall IT experience
- 6+ years Salesforce experience
- Expertise in Salesforce Agentforce (architecture, features, best practices)
- Experience with LLMs, AI integration, prompt engineering, and accuracy measurement
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams

Certifications (Preferred/Required):

- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Architect (Application/System/Technical)
- Salesforce Agentforce Specialist
