Role Description This is an equity based part-time hybrid role for a Co-Founder at Alfatract Nexus Private Limited, located in Chennai. As a Co-Founder, you will drive the overall strategy, business growth, and operational execution of the company. The role entails bringing Human Resource perspectives into the value proposition and devising business strategies through research and data, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and team members. Leads to build the initial uses cases, refines the current value proposition and value adds in product development & GTM strategies. You will work in collaboration with the founding team to achieve organizational goals and foster innovation. Qualifications - Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to assess data and develop actionable strategies - Excellent Communication skills for collaboration, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement - Experience in marketing HRtech or HR services at leadership level with over 15 years of experience or a Phd holder in HR with 5 to 10 years of marketing experience or a Senior HR academician with entrepreneurial aspiration. - Proven expertise in conducting thorough Research to guide decision-making and innovation - Previous experience in managing startups, leadership in entrepreneurial roles, or relevant industries is advantageous - Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation and technology
