Job Description Title: SaaS Implementation/Onboarding Analyst Location: Gurgaon Salary: 18 - 24 LPA Working Days: 5-day week ( 2 days WFO & 3 days WFH) Shift: 6:30 PM 3:30 AM Perks: Both side cabs provided, meals available in office Interview Mode: Virtual Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end software implementation projects, collaborating with clients to understand needs and configure solutions. - Manage project timelines, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and address any technical or process challenges to ensure seamless delivery. - Conduct process analysis and recommend workflow improvements using technology. - Provide expert guidance, product demonstrations, training sessions, and ongoing support to client teams during and after deployment. - Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and user instructions. - Act as a technical advisor, troubleshooting issues and optimizing solutions for client requirements. - Track project progress and profitability, identifying areas for automation and efficiency. - Serve as a mentor to new team members, sharing best practices. Requirements - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. - 7+ years in project implementation, customer management, or technology consulting roles. - Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. - Experience in configuring and deploying technology solutions. - Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, workflow diagrams, and general productivity tools. - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Willingness to work independently and resolve issues proactively. - Comfortable with virtual meetings and online collaboration tools.
