Job Title: Sales Executive - Packaging Products Company: Parijat Packaging Location: Trivandrum/Kochi Job Type: Full-Time Job Description: Parijat Packaging is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive sales of our plastic and compostable packaging products. The ideal candidate should have strong cold calling skills, sales acumen, and the ability to build long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct cold calls and follow-ups to generate leads and close deals. - Identify potential customers in retail, food service, e-commerce, and other industries. - Present and explain packaging solutions to clients, highlighting benefits and cost-effectiveness. - Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales successfully. - Maintain a database of leads and update sales records in CRM. - Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction. Requirements: - 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in packaging or related industries. - Strong cold calling and lead generation skills. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Fluency in English, Malayalam, and Hindi. - Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment. - Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
