Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and leading a team to achieve revenue targets. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, build pipelines, and convert leads into clients.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Collaborate with operations, marketing, and design teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts with professionalism.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to stay ahead.
**Requirements**:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role (minimum 2-3 years).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong business acumen with analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Experience in interior design and production will be an advantage.
