Coding Ninjas was founded by Ankush Singla, Kannu Mittal and Dhawal Parate, dawning from an educational background of IITs and Stanford who bring onboard their rich working experience in companies like Amazon, Facebook, Cars24, and other top startups in India. As pioneers in EdTech, we are continuously working on curating student-centric learning programs and are progressing towards becoming the de facto coding education company in India. The company has raised more than 22 Million USD till date and is a subsidiary of InfoEdge (Naukri.Com, IIMJobs, Jeevansathi,etc.) with the latter, acquiring a majority stake in Coding Ninjas. With our exhaustive learning programs, 1:1 mentor support for effective doubt resolution and over400+ doubts being resolved per hour, our focus lies on crafting learning experiences that equip candidates with learning, application and demonstration of capabilities in the software development domain. Responsibilities: - Help us build learning experiences that move the needle on learning outcomes of students across the country learning to code. - You will own the strategy and roadmap for a key product/business area, managing a team of developer, data and design persons. - Take data informed decisions to contribute towards the vision of the products and translate that into a roadmap. - Build measurability and set the north star goals and metrics. - Setup processes and guide teams towards tangible goals. - Talk to customers and target audience to figure out supporting features or entirely new products which will help us move closer to the vision and business objectives. - Manage and mentor a young and dynamic team to ship great products with the least amount of stress. - Build data informed hypotheses and execute them in a lean manner constantly validating along the way. Requirement: - 2-5 years of product management experience shipping stellar products and a consistent track record. - Mandatory experience as product manager in B2C Company (Non-Ecommerce) - Comfortable working with a dynamic and fast-paced environment in cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products in a planned and systematic manner. - Entrepreneurial and able to think on your feet to come up with ways to solve problems. - An obsession with technology - pro-activeness in exploring, and understanding the potential of technology and how to convert it to solve innate consumer needs - Great communicator, mentor and guide. - Demonstrated ability/experience in managing and succeeding in a chaotic and fast moving environment. - Strong data-driven analytical skills and be able to operate with partial information and/or ambiguity. - Keen eye for detail and knack for building delightful customer experiences (plus if it is in learning experiences). - Relentlessly customer focused. - Have experience managing aspects of a product throughout its lifecycle, including product strategy development, customer insights/needs, and requirements definition
