Role Overview As Senior Product Manager, you will take end-to-end ownership of designing, building, and scaling our digital lending platform. You will work closely with engineering, risk, compliance, and business teams to architect core systems, define user journeys, and ensure the platform is robust, scalable, and ready for rapid growth. Key Responsibilities - Platform Build Ownership: Lead the product strategy and execution for the foundational architecture of the lending platform, including origination, servicing, collections, customer onboarding, and integrations. - Product Strategy & Roadmap: Translate business vision into a concrete product roadmap, with clear milestones for MVP, iterative releases, and scale-up phases. - System Design & User Journeys: Define and wireframe detailed user journeys for borrowers, operations, and partners; ensure seamless digitalexperiences across web and mobile. - Requirements & Documentation: Create detailed product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria for all core modules. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work daily with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams to ensure alignment and rapid delivery; coordinate with external partners for integrations (e.G., KYC, credit bureaus, payment gateways). - Technical Leadership: Drive decisions on build vs. buy for platform components, ensuring modularity, scalability, and API-first design; participate in technical discussions and architecture reviews. - Data & Analytics: Define and instrument key metrics for product performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency; use data to drive product decisions and continuous improvement. - Compliance & Security: Ensure platform design and features are aligned with regulatory and data security requirements; coordinate with compliance and legal teams as needed. Qualifications - 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 4+ years in lending or platform product roles. - Strong understanding of digital lending workflows, system integrations, and API-driven architectures. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; able to translate complex requirements into actionable deliverables. - Familiarity with regulatory and data security best practices in financial services. - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus. Preferred Skills - Experience with SaaS lending platforms or digital onboarding solutions. - Exposure to microservices architecture and cloud-native product development.
