Job Summary

The role involves managing the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, developing strong relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in real estate sales and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales of residential and commercial properties through proactive lead generation and client engagement.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Identify new business opportunities in the real estate market and develop strategies to capture them.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, property launches, and events.
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Provide clients with complete and accurate information about properties, pricing, and payment terms.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to guide sales strategies.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution of sales transactions and client onboarding.
Qualifications and Skills
• Experience: 4-6 years of proven experience in real estate sales.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Skills:
• - Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi and English.
• - Ability to build rapport with high-value clients.
• - Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
• - Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
• Other: Willingness to travel for client meetings and property visits.
Job Details
• Salary: 40000 per month + Performance-based incentives.
• Working Days: Monday to Sunday (Tuesday Off)
• Office Location: Business Center, Urbtech Trade Tower, 1702, Tower 17, Sector 132, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301.
