Sales Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and implementing strategic sales plans, and cultivating strong relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership within the IT industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving and Execute Sales Strategies:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.

- Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand our client base.

- Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and exceed targets.

- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Market Analysis and Planning:

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.

- Develop strategic sales plans based on market insights and customer feedback.

- Monitor industry developments and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Sales Performance Tracking and Reporting:

- Track sales performance metrics and KPIs to measure progress towards targets.

- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management.

- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and Masters degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.

- Engineering degree preferred.

- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the IT industry.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and team members.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

- Results-oriented with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving targets
