Job Title Conveyor Field Operator Location Odisha Company JCPL Experience Required 3 - 5 Years Qualification ITI Diploma Mechanical Electrical Fitter Relevant Trade Industry Operations Maintenance Mining Aluminium Cement Steel Employment Type On-site We are looking for experienced and dedicated Conveyor Field Operators to join our operations team at Site Name The candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining conveyor systems for smooth and safe material handling Key Responsibilities Monitor and operate conveyor systems in the field to ensure continuous material flow Conduct routine inspections to identify abnormalities spillage or blockages Assist in minor maintenance belt cleaning and lubrication of conveyor components Report mechanical or operational issues promptly to the control room or maintenance team Follow safety protocols and site operational procedures strictly Support the control room and maintenance teams during breakdowns and shutdowns Maintain housekeeping in conveyor galleries and surrounding areas Record daily operational activities in logbooks or digital systems Candidate Requirements 3-5 years of experience in conveyor belt operation in industrial or mining environments Must be physically fit and willing to work in shifts including night shifts Knowledge of belt alignment tension idlers and basic troubleshooting Understanding of site safety norms and PPE compliance Good communication and teamwork skills Preferred Industry Experience Material Handling O M Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Schedule Rotational shift Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Application Question s Do you have work experience as Conveyor Operator Work Location In person
