**Role Overview**
We are urgently hiring a **Production Supervisor** who will play a key role in supervising and managing end-to-end operations at our **graphite beneficiation plant**. This is a critical position that demands strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience, people management skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily operations in wet grinding, flotation cells, vacuum filtration, drying platforms, pulverizing units, packaging, and loading zones.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all plant sections with mínimal downtime.
- Manage shift-wise production and manpower effectively.
- Maintain daily production records and ensure timely reporting to Plant Head/HO.
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve process issues.
- Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to beneficiation plant standards.
- Train and guide operators, helpers, and supervisors under your shift.
- Maintain strict discipline, safety, and cleanliness in the working area.
- Ensure targets for production and dispatch are met as per the schedule.
- Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements in operational efficiency.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- **Must have minimum 3-5 years of experience in a graphite or similar mineral beneficiation plant.**:

- **Sound knowledge of wet beneficiation processes - especially grinding, flotation, filtration, drying, pulverization.**:

- Ability to manage workforce across different departments and shifts.
- Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and leadership.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance, troubleshooting, and quality control.
- Ability to prepare production and shift reports clearly and timely.
- Willingness to work in **rotational shifts** and stay at site as required.
- ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Mineral Processing, or related fields preferred.
