Site In-charge

**Location**: Odisha (Lakshmipur, Bandhamandi, Bainibasa, Birida)
**Company**: _Pradhan Industries_ - A reputed name in **graphite mining and beneficiation** for over 40 years.

We are expanding rapidly with **brownfield plant upgrades** and **new greenfield project installations**. We are hiring an experienced and dedicated **Site Incharge** to manage on-ground execution, manpower, and all technical and logístical responsibilities at the project sites.

**Job Title**: Site Incharge - Brownfield & Greenfield Projects

**Project Sites**: Lakshmipur, Bandhamandi, Bainibasa, Birida
**Experience Required**: 8+ years in industrial project execution (preferably mining/mineral processing/beneficiation)
**Qualification**: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Mining or relevant engineering stream

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Site Execution & Supervision**
- Take full charge of project execution at site (civil, mechanical, electrical, structural works).
- Supervise day-to-day construction, fabrication, equipment installation, and commissioning work.
- Ensure timely and quality completion of brownfield upgrades and new greenfield set-ups.

**2. Planning & Scheduling**
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly activity plans in line with project timelines.
- Coordinate with the Head Office for drawings, designs, approvals, and dispatch of materials.
- Prepare and update daily progress reports and share updates with project head and management.

**3. Team & Manpower Management**
- Manage engineers, supervisors, contractors, labourers, and vendors on-site.
- Allocate manpower efficiently and ensure productivity.
- Resolve on-site issues, maintain discipline, and ensure safety compliance.

**4. Vendor & Material Coordination**
- Receive, inspect, and ensure timely availability of materials, machinery, and tools.
- Verify indents, consumption, and store records; prevent misuse and wastage.
- Maintain proper coordination with local vendors and contractors for timely work.

**5. Quality & Safety Assurance**
- Monitor quality of civil and mechanical works as per design/specifications.
- Ensure site safety practices, use of PPE, and cleanliness across the site.
- Conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and compliance checks.

**6. Documentation & Compliance**
- Maintain site logs, site diaries, attendance, and material registers.
- Coordinate for inspections, approvals, and statutory clearances as required.
- Support audits, checklists, and documentation as per internal and legal standards.

**7. Reporting & Liaison**
- Act as the single point of contact between site and head office.
- Coordinate with consultants, designers, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Attend review meetings and provide accurate progress and budget reports.
- Proven experience in handling **industrial project sites independently**.
- Knowledge of **equipment erection, layout planning, and commissioning**.
- Skilled in **manpower coordination, vendor management**, and field-level decision-making.
- Ability to **read technical drawings** and interpret specifications.
- Willing to stay on-site full-time and work under tough timelines.
