We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to join our team The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR operations employee engagement recruitment and statutory compliances This role requires excellent communication organizational skills and the ability to handle end-to-end HR responsibilities Key Responsibilities 1 Recruitment Onboarding Managing the complete recruitment cycle sourcing screening interviewing Preparing offer letters appointment letters and onboarding documents Ensuring a smooth joining and induction process for new employees 2 HR Operations Documentation Maintaining employee records HR files and HRIS data Preparing office circulars notices and certificates Managing attendance leave records and weekly monthly HR reports 3 Payroll Compliance Coordinating with finance account teams for monthly payroll inputs Handling PF ESI professional tax and other statutory compliances Ensuring timely submission of compliance reports 4 Employee Engagement Welfare Conducting activities for employee motivation and engagement Addressing employee queries and grievances professionally Ensuring a healthy safe and positive work environment 5 Performance Management Assisting in performance appraisal cycles Tracking employee KPIs and maintaining performance-related records 6 Exit Formalities Managing resignations exit interviews and full final settlements Updating employee records and experience letters Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s Master s degree in HR or related field 1-5 years of experience in HR generalist roles preferred Good knowledge of HR policies compliances and payroll processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office and HR software ERP Salary Competitive and aligned with industry standards We offer a compensation package that reflects your skills experience and expertise Location This role is based at our Bhilai Location How to Apply Interested candidates can share their updated resume at Email hr pawanindustrires net Contact 8817247552 Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
