Position Overview We are seeking dynamic, persuasive, and result-driven Telesales Executives to join our real estate sales team. The role involves calling potential customers, explaining property projects, features, pricing, and benefits, and generating interest that leads to site visits and property bookings. As a Telesales Executive, you will play a critical role in building strong client relationships and acting as the first point of contact between the customer and the company. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a passion for real estate sales. Key Responsibilities 1. Outbound Calling & Lead Generation Make outbound calls to potential customers from the company-provided database. Pitch property projects, features, amenities, and pricing to generate interest. Understand the customer’s budget, location preference, and property requirements. Qualify leads and schedule site visits for the field sales team. 2. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients. Understand client needs thoroughly and suggest suitable property options. Address customer queries, resolve doubts, and provide accurate project details. Follow up regularly with potential buyers to convert inquiries into sales. 3. Sales Coordination & Support Coordinate with the field sales team to ensure seamless lead handover and follow-ups. Work closely with the marketing department to execute lead generation campaigns. Keep updated on new property launches, offers, and discounts to inform customers effectively. 4. Documentation & Reporting Maintain an updated CRM with client details, follow-up status, and sales conversions. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on calls made, leads generated, and conversions achieved. Track and analyze lead performance and provide feedback for process improvement. 5. Market & Project Knowledge Stay informed about real estate trends, pricing, and competitor offerings. Gain a deep understanding of the company’s property portfolio, project specifications, and investment benefits. Assist customers with insights on location advantages, connectivity, and return on investment. Required Skills & Competencies 1. Core Skills Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills. Strong ability to pitch projects confidently and handle objections effectively. Basic knowledge of real estate market trends, property types, and pricing structures. 2. Customer Service Skills Ability to understand client needs and suggest suitable property options. Active listening skills to handle customer queries and objections politely. Maintaining a positive, friendly, and professional attitude at all times. 3. Technical Skills Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and data handling. Familiarity with CRM tools and database management systems. Comfortable working with property portals, listing websites, and digital lead sources. 4. Personal Attributes Goal-oriented and highly motivated to achieve sales targets. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Team player with strong collaboration and coordination skills.
