Job Description Experience: - Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in quality management, specifically related to transmission line construction projects Compensation Package: - The offered CTC will be determined based on the candidates past experience, previous employment history, and the current market standards Key Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and monitor quality management systems for transmission line construction projects - Establish and enforce quality control policies and procedures - Conduct audits and assessments to verify adherence to QMS standards - Monitor all phases of transmission line projects (design, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning) to ensure compliance with quality standards - Lead the development of quality plans, inspection test plans (ITPs), and other necessary documents for project quality assurance - Coordinate with project management teams to ensure timely implementation of quality measures - Manage and evaluate suppliers and contractors to ensure quality standards are met throughout the supply chain - Perform vendor evaluations, audits, and ensure corrective actions are taken if required - Review and approve the quality-related aspects of submittals, material certifications, and inspections - Conduct periodic audits and inspections on-site to monitor the effectiveness of quality systems - Ensure that all construction materials and works are inspected and tested as per the specified quality standards - Ensure proper documentation of test results, inspections, and corrective actions - Ensure all work is in compliance with national and international standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines - Prepare and submit regular quality reports to senior management, detailing audit findings, non-conformities, and corrective actions taken - Liaise with regulatory authorities and clients as required to demonstrate compliance - Identify and assess risks related to quality during transmission line project execution - Develop and implement mitigation strategies to minimize quality-related risks - Serve as the primary point of contact for quality concerns with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction with quality results - Respond to customer complaints and resolve any quality issues promptly and professionally
