Minimum Criteria

- All applicants should have a minimum tenure of 18 months in the organization and 12 months in the current role as on 1st September 2025.
- Grades H, H1 and H2 can apply. It will be a lateral movement for H and H1 grades and vertical movement for H2 grade.
- No documented disciplinary issues/ PIP in the last 6 months and until the closure of IMP.
- Appraisal score of 3/CME and above in the last annual appraisal for the last 6 months.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in US Mortgage.

Role & Responsibilities

- Should have a good understanding of US Mortgage servicing, Loss mitigation, or Trail Underwriting process
- Should have a good understanding of Retention process such as Modification, Repayment, Forbearance
- Should have a good understanding of liquidation process such as short sale & Deed in Lieu
- Ability to review and Validate completeness of Loss mitigation package & related financial documents such as Bank Statement, Tax return, Pay slip, Profit & Loss statement, Award letters etc.
- Perform income calculation and derive accurate monthly income of the borrower - preferably
- Perform Expenses/liability analysis and review borrower Credit report (Experian, Equifax, Trans Union) - preferably
- Review and Validate Workout terms and Approval/Denial letters as per the investor guidelines - preferably
- Ability to communicate effectively (both verbal and written communication) with multiple internal and external Stakeholders

Educational/Professional Qualifications

- Must have a graduate degree or equivalent of (10+2+3) year of education.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of the US mortgage business
- Ability to manage multiple processes assigned
- Good understanding of Quality management
- Comfortable with flexible work timings and willingness to extend work hours based on business need
- Ability to work under stringent deadlines and work with the team to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS-Excel preferably
