Role Purpose
Responsible for handling of Multi-limit split referred cases as per defined process & restarts of eligible cases on a daily basis as per defined timelines. The role is also responsible for Outbound calling Curing of assigned Multi third card cases to ensure higher conversions.
Role Accountability
1. Perform timely execution of Multi-Limit Split cases & restart of eligible apps on a daily basis to ensure higher conversion rates to meet account onboarding targets
2. Demonstrate highest standards in call quality & product knowledge to deliver on superlative customer experience
3. Conduct process reviews and suggest improvement areas, leading to process improvements
4. Adhere to defined thresholds in productivity, accuracy and TAT while processing & Calling apps
5. Ensure timely review & resolution of sales queries
6. Perform process documentation and compliance adherence
Measures of Success
1. Productivity & Accuracy targets as per MOU - AHT,CQ,Retention
2. Process accuracy%
3. Conversion rate in Multi & Flip process
4. Limit Roll back within agreed TAT of decline on Multi limit cases
5. Process adherence as per MOU
Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications
1. Understanding of Multi/ Flip processes
