Job Description: Business Associate (Social Media & Brand Development) Position: Business Associate Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-time About Us We are a fast-growing startup in the feminine hygiene industry, dedicated to delivering high-quality, affordable, and sustainable products. We are looking for a passionate and creative Business Associate who can contribute to our growth by planning impactful social media strategies and strengthening our brand presence. Key Responsibilites: - Assist in developing and executing monthly social media calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). - Research trends, competitor activities, and content strategies to ensure fresh and engaging content. - Collaborate with the founder and creative team to conceptualize campaign ideas aligned with brand goals. - Support in managing influencer collaborations, partnerships, and customer engagement campaigns. - Track and analyze social media metrics to provide insights and suggestions for improvement. Contribute to brand-building initiatives such as storytelling, community engagement, and brand voice development. - Assist in brainstorming marketing campaigns, offline promotions, and community-driven activities. - Conduct basic market research to identify opportunities for growth and brand positioning. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (graduate or final-year student may also apply). - Strong understanding of social media platforms and latest digital trends. - Creative thinker with good communication and writing skills. - Ability to multitask, plan, and implement projects efficiently. - Prior internship or experience in social media marketing, branding, or startup environments is a plus.
