Qualifications - Strong financial acumen and expertise in wealth management and investment strategies - Proficiency in client acquisition, relationship management, and delivering exceptional client service - Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills - Experience in compliance management and knowledge of financial regulations - Proven ability to create and implement strategic plans for portfolio growth - Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in dynamic environments - Relevant academic qualifications, such as a degree in finance, economics, or a related field - Prior experience in wealth or investment management roles is preferred
