Work Mode: Remote / Work From Home Type: Freelance | Commission-Based (No fixed salary) Payout: Weekly | 15% commission per enrollment Industry: EdTech / Digital Marketing Institute About The Role: We are looking for a highly motivated Freelance Business Development Executive who can help us enroll students in our Digital Marketing Courses. This is a performance-driven, flexible role suitable for someone who enjoys communication, sales, and guiding students toward the right career path. Key responsibilities: - Promote and pitch our Digital Marketing Courses to interested learners through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media. - Understand students career goals and recommend suitable course options. - Maintain and manage a pipeline of leads provided or self-generated. - Follow up consistently with prospects until enrollment completion. - Meet weekly enrollment targets (flexible and achievable). - Maintain basic documentation of leads, follow-ups, and conversions. - Represent the institute professionally with excellent communication. Skills & Requirements: - Strong communication and convincing skills. - Experience in sales, telecalling, BDE, or counseling preferred. - Ability to handle objections confidently. - Basic understanding of digital marketing courses (training will be provided). - Smartphone + good internet connection. - Self-driven and result-oriented personality.
