We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Relationship Associate RM to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships supporting product demos and driving offline sales and support visits This role involves both communication and on-ground presence to ensure excellent customer experience Key Responsibilities - Conduct regular client visits 1-2 times a week for sales meetings product demonstrations and support - Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships - Provide proactive support to clients and resolve queries efficiently - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery - Maintain records of client interactions follow-ups and visits Requirements - Location Candidates based in Mumbai preferred- Language proficiency Fluent in Hindi and English Marathi preferred- Gender Male candidates preferred due to frequent travel field visits - Prior experience in a Relationship Management Client Servicing role is highly desirable - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and demos ref updazz com
