Job Description URGENT HIRING Profile Research Analyst Location - Gurgaon Experience: 01 Year Key Responsibilities: 1. Research & Analysis Conduct primary and secondary research across social, economic, and development sectors. Assist in creating research tools such as questionnaires, checklists, and sampling frameworks. Analyse quantitative and qualitative data using Excel/SPSS/Power BI. Develop insights, visual reports, and data-based conclusions. 2. Bid & Proposal Support Assist in preparing proposals for Government, CSR, and development-sector projects. Help draft technical and financial proposals as per RFP requirements. Coordinate with internal teams to compile project experience, CVs, methodology, and approach. Track timelines to ensure on-time submission of proposals. Maintain a central repository of proposals, templates, and project credentials. 3. Presentation & Documentation Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations for client meetings and pitches. Create infographics, charts, and visual stories. Draft clear and concise reports, summaries, and concept notes. 4. Project Coordination Support Project Managers in monitoring project progress and deliverables. Assist in client communication, meeting coordination, and documentation. Maintain MIS databases and ensure accuracy of project data. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Sciences, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or related fields. 01 year of experience in research, consulting, or proposal writing (freshers can apply). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data analysis tools. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks. Preferred Skills: Exposure to government RFPs, CSR proposals, or development-sector bids. Knowledge of SPSS, Power BI, or Tableau (preferred but not mandatory). Experience in preparing data-driven presentations.
