Job Role: Senior Analyst, Market Research (Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals) We are looking for a detail-oriented, insights-driven Senior Analyst to join our Healthcare & Pharma research team. The ideal candidate is passionate about understanding market dynamics, evaluating emerging technologies, estimation and forecasting and delivering strategic insights that influence global business decisions. Job Responsibilities - Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis across the global healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. - Analyze industry trends, ongoing developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to generate actionable insights. - Develop robust market models, including sizing, segmentation, forecasting, and scenario planning - Synthesize complex data from multiple sources into clear, concise, and compelling presentations, reports, and dashboards. - Identify gaps, opportunities, and risks in global healthcare markets and recommend strategic approaches. - Maintain accuracy and consistency in all research deliverables through rigorous validation and quality assurance. - Mentor junior analysts, review their work, and contribute to best-practice development within the research team. Qualifications Required - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Healthcare Management, Economics, Business, or a related field. - 3-6 years of experience in market research, consulting, or analytics within the healthcare or pharmaceutical domain. - Proven experience in market sizing, forecasting, data modeling, and interpreting complex datasets - Proficiency with analytical and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, or similar). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present insights to senior stakeholders/clients.
