Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nagpur for an Agile Delivery Manager. The responsibilities include managing agile projects, ensuring timely delivery of deliverables, and leading teams to meet project milestones. The Agile Delivery Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee program management, and ensure high-quality communication with both internal and external stakeholders. The role also focuses on improving team performance, maintaining transparency, and identifying areas of improvement in processes and project execution. Qualifications - Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate project metrics, track performance, and identify areas for improvement - Expertise in Program Management, with the ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects within scope and deadlines - Excellent Communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration and clear exchange of information with diverse teams and stakeholders - Proven capability in Team Management, including mentoring, guiding, and coordinating diverse team members to achieve common goals - Consulting skills to align project delivery with business goals and provide strategic recommendations - Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies, with a thorough understanding of related tools - A Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field is required - Certifications such as PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are a plus - Experience in the taxation or financial services domain will be considered an advantage
