Agile Delivery SpecialistDescription:We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles, as well as excellent facilitation and communication skills.Key Responsibilities:Agile Facilitation and Delivery: Plan and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, track sprint progress, manage scope, and help teams commit realistically while meeting delivery goals.Team Coaching and Continuous Improvement: Coach team members, product owners, and stakeholders on Agile/Scrum best practices, identify and resolve delivery bottlenecks, conflicts, and dependencies across teams.Stakeholder Communication and Alignment: Provide clear, timely communication on sprint status, risks, and dependencies to leadership and stakeholders, collaborate with product, engineering, QA, and design to align on goals, timelines, and expectations.Metrics, Process, and Governance: Define and track key delivery metrics such as velocity, burndown, and cycle time, ensure teams adhere to agreed processes, tools, and quality standards.Required Skills and Qualifications:3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or similar role in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Agile frameworks.Experience working with tools like Jira, ClickUp, Azure DevOps, or similar project management platforms.Proven ability to facilitate group discussions, resolve conflicts, and drive decisions.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is a plus.Our Ideal Candidate:Believes in servant leadership and empowers teams to self-organize.Is comfortable working with technical teams building complex AI or data-driven products.Uses data and metrics to guide planning, forecasting, and continuous improvement.Can balance structure and flexibility, adapting processes to the team's maturity and context.Is excited to help scale a fast-moving AI company by strengthening its delivery discipline and Agile culture.If you're passionate about delivering high-quality solutions using Agile principles and methodologies, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
