Job Description About the Role: We are hiring a Business Operations Associate to join our dynamic team at NxtWave. This role requires a hyper-active, detail-oriented, and reliable individual who can handle multiple responsibilities efficiently, including day-to-day operational activities, payment coordination, and inter-departmental support. We are looking for the candidate who are ready to work from our Hyderabad office and are looking for a long-term career opportunity with NxtWave. Key Responsibilities - :Manage and execute daily operational activities across different teams - .Handle payments, invoices, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders - .Maintain and update reports, data sheets, and documents - .Support smooth workflow coordination between multiple departments - .Assist in vendor management, follow-ups, and communication - .Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion - .Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency . Required Skills & Qualification - s:Bachelor's degree in any disciplin - e.02 years of experience in business operations, coordination, or administrative role - s.Excellent communication and multitasking skill - s.Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office tool - s.Ability to stay organized and manage tasks under pressur - e.Energetic, proactive, and committed to long-term growth with NxtWav e.
