We are seeking a highly motivated Sr Executive - CRM Tech with 1-4 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and providing insights for business improvement. Responsibilities

- Maintain and improve the company's CRM system
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in the CRM system
- Provide regular reports and insights on business performance using CRM data
- Identify and implement improvements to the CRM system to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide training and support to users on the CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure CRM data is integrated and utilized across the organization

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 1-4 years of experience in CRM system management and maintenance
- Proficient in CRM systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or Zoho CRM
- Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL or Python is a plus
