To strive to meet productivity and quality baselines.
To acquire knowledge from peers, on-the-job training, and via device and quality team-provided content (e.g., SharePoint, Wiki, etc.).
To perform predefined test cases without compromising the quality and raise defects for all failures observed and track clarifications related to the execution of test instructions through pre-defined mechanisms. To track daily execution status using recommended tools and techniques, and provide individual status reports. To actively participate in internal cross-training sessions and trainings required by the product team(s) and in your organization. To contribute to process improvement ideas wherever applicable in the project scope and assist in the development of new-hires to help them scale in their role.
Key job responsibilities
A Device Associate's primary responsibility is to execute test case instructions and report discrepancies. A DA is also responsible for successful and on time delivery of results.
Role & Responsibility
• Execute test cases prepared for testing Software builds on the desired products.
• Perform test case execution and report bugs accurately
• Understand testing procedures and guidelines for new builds / releases.
• Perform regression and repetitive testing exercises to qualify builds without compromising on quality
• Use software tools for data capture on a daily basis
• Be comfortable with capturing results, communicating and escalating failures and providing individual status reports
• Raising all failures/doubts related to the execution of test cases in the clarification portal and closing the same as per the SLA's

About the team
eero connectivity TA team partners with QA and development team to perform test execution across all eero device families. We provide end to end testing like Regression, RTM and Mobile App testing.- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of QA methodology and tools- Knowledge with testing consumer devices
- Connectivity background will be added advantage.
