The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices and maintaining vendor relationships. Responsibilities - Process and manage accounts payable transactions accurately and in a timely manner. - Review and verify invoices and payment requests. - Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. - Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable. - Collaborate with other departments to address payment-related queries. Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. - Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks). - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance is a plus.
