Become a part of our talented deugro team, as we look for a Team Lead - Accounts (AR & AP) in Mumbai, India. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the AR and AP team in India. - Act as the primary point of contact for Middle East finance teams. - Oversee customer invoicing, collections, and dispute resolution. - Supervise vendor invoice processing, approvals, and payments. - Monitor aging reports, payment schedules, and working capital. - Prepare a bi-weekly cash flow forecast. - Ensure compliance with company policies, tax requirements, and audit standards. - Review reconciliations (customer/vendor accounts, bank statements). - Drive process improvements and automation. - Provide periodic AR/AP reports and analysis to management. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise: - CA/CMA (Inter) / MBA Finance / B.Com with relevant experience. - 68 years of experience in AR and AP, preferably with exposure to Middle East - operations. - Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and MS Excel. - Ability to manage cross-border transactions and multi-currency operations What makes us the ideal choice A family-owned company established in 1924, has evolved into a leading global specialist in project freight forwarding.
