Job opportunity for Critical Care Specialist
Job Summary
Patanjali Yogpeeth Critical Care Hospital, Haridwar is looking for skilled and experienced Critical Care Specialist with a MBBS degree with MD/DNB in Critical Care Medicine from a recognized institution
Job Responsibilities
- Provide round-the-clock medical management of critically ill patients in ICU/HDU.
- Monitor and manage life-support systems such as ventilators, dialysis machines, and invasive monitoring.
- Perform critical care procedures such as central line insertion, intubation, thoracentesis, and advanced airway management.
- Collaborate with other specialties (cardiology, neurology, surgery, etc.) to provide integrated care.
- Participate in patient/family counseling, ensuring clarity about diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment options.
- Supervise and train ICU medical officers, residents, nurses, and allied health staff.
Educational Experience And Requirements
- MBBS with MD/DNB in Anaesthesiology/General Medicine/Pulmonary Medicine or equivalent.
- DNB/Fellowship in Critical Care Medicine (preferred but not mandatory).
- Valid medical registration (MCI/NMC/State Medical Council).
