Job Description:

We seek a motivated Talent Acquisition with hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for both tech and non-tech roles. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and a track record of successfully placing candidates in various functions. Some experience in US recruitment is essential, along with familiarity with global talent acquisition practices.

In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure smooth recruitment processes, from identifying talent needs to onboarding. If you&aposre passionate about building teams and shaping the future workforce, wed love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation for both tech and non-tech positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions tailored to each role.
- Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews, manage the interview process, and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage and maintain candidate pipelines for both active and passive talent pools.
- Handle offer discussions and ensure a seamless onboarding process for selected candidates.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Stay updated on best practices in recruitment, market trends, and competitor hiring strategies.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide support for US-based recruitment, ensuring compliance with local employment laws and market standards.
- Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams globally to align recruitment strategies with business needs.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, covering both technical and non-technical roles.
- Some experience in US recruitment and knowledge of the local market and regulations.
- Familiarity with a variety of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, etc.).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for building relationships with candidates and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
