Responsibilities: - Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems across hospital and campus facilities. - Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of all HVAC equipment. - Respond promptly to maintenance requests and service issues related to cooling and heating systems. - Ensure all HVAC systems operate efficiently, maintaining proper temperature and air quality for hospital standards. - Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with HVAC units and recommend appropriate solutions. - Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and spare parts. - Work collaboratively with the facility management and engineering teams to ensure smooth operations. Requirements: - ITI/Diploma in HVAC, Refrigeration, or a related field. - Minimum 35 years of hands-on experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting (preferably in healthcare or institutional settings). - Strong understanding of HVAC systems, chillers, AHUs, VRV/VRF systems. - Ability to work independently and handle emergency maintenance needs. - Commitment to quality, safety, and a service-first mindset.
