Job Description Key Responsibilities - Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance on HVAC systems including ductable units, VRF systems, and DX units - Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC performance issues to reduce downtime and ensure system efficiency - Conduct preventive maintenance and system inspections to identify and fix potential problems early - Accurately document all maintenance and repair work in service logs and reports - Ensure compliance with safety standards, local codes, and company policies at all times - Work independently or within a team to execute tasks effectively and on time - Provide technical guidance to junior technicians as required Required Qualifications & Skills - High school diploma or ITI / Diploma in HVAC or a related technical field - 35 years of hands-on experience in commercial HVAC systems - Proven working knowledge of VRF systems, ductable units, and DX units - Valid HVAC Technician Certification (preferred) - Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals - Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills - Willing to be on-call and respond to urgent service requests Benefits - Competitive salary based on experience and industry standards - Provident Fund (PF) and ESI (if applicable) - Paid leave and holidays - Ongoing training and development programs - Supportive work culture with career growth opportunities
