Responsibilities

- Deliver Asset Management services for multiple customers
- Act as the single point of contact for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Manage, track, report, and resolve issues related to customers IB data
- Support customers in managing the lifecycle of HW and SW assets to mitigate risks, optimize TCO, and improve customer experience

Required Skills

- Expert-level proficiency in Korean or Japanese (written and verbal)
- Strong understanding of Customer's business model, product portfolio, and GTM strategies
- Advanced Excel skills (macros, pivots, formulas) and experience with data analysis
- Proficiency in reporting tools like Tableau and Power BI
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven approach

Key Job Duties

- Ensure customer IB is correctly aligned with contracts, locations, and service coverage levels
- Lead the implementation of Asset Management services
- Onboard new customers and reconcile IB data from various sources
- Identify discrepancies and manage MACD activities
- Provide ongoing IB maintenance support and collaborate cross-functionally
