Key Responsibilities Personal Care Assist elderly individuals with daily activities such as bathing dressing grooming and toileting Ensure timely administration of prescribed medications Health Monitoring Regularly check and monitor vital signs such as blood pressure temperature and heart rate Report any health concerns or changes in condition to family members or healthcare providers Assist with feeding if necessary ensuring hydration and proper nutrition Mobility Assistance Help with walking transferring from bed to chair or using mobility aids Encourage and assist with light physical activities or exercises as recommended Emotional Support Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations Assist with recreational activities to promote mental well-being Maintain a clean safe and comfortable environment for the elderly individual Emergency Response Act promptly in case of emergencies such as falls or sudden health issues Coordinate with emergency services and inform family members or guardians immediately Educational Background Diploma Certificate in Nursing or Elderly Care Experience Previous experience in caregiving nursing or similar roles is preferred Skills Compassionate patient and empathetic approach to care Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of elderly health conditions and first aid Ability to handle physical demands of the job including lifting and supporting individuals Ability to work flexible hours including weekends or holidays if required Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 12 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Night shift Application Question s Send your resume along with your experience details in Nursing care for Elderly care on 6395956600 Experience In Nursing Care 3 years Preferred Location Rishikesh Uttarakhand Preferred Work Location In person Expected Start Date 14 07 2025
