Nursing Attendant

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Personal Care**:

- Assist elderly individuals with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Ensure timely administration of prescribed medications.
- **Health Monitoring**:

- Regularly check and monitor vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate.
- Report any health concerns or changes in condition to family members or healthcare providers.
- Assist with feeding, if necessary, ensuring hydration and proper nutrition.
- **Mobility Assistance**:

- Help with walking, transferring from bed to chair, or using mobility aids.
- Encourage and assist with light physical activities or exercises, as recommended.
- **Emotional Support**:

- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations.
- Assist with recreational activities to promote mental well-being.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for the elderly individual.
- **Emergency Response**:

- Act promptly in case of emergencies, such as falls or sudden health issues.
- Coordinate with emergency services and inform family members or guardians immediately.

**Educational Background**: Diploma/Certificate in Nursing or Elderly Care

**Experience**: Previous experience in caregiving, nursing, or similar roles is preferred.

**Skills**:

- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of elderly health conditions and first aid.
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting and supporting individuals.

**Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required.**

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift
