Job Description We are looking for a highly skilled Conversational Solutions Architect experienced in Amazon Connect. You will design end-to-end voice and digital contact-center solutions, drive architecture best practices, integrate enterprise systems, and implement GenAI-powered automation across Google Cloud and AWS platforms.
