Growth Manager ED Tech

Job Description - Work with merchants and their agents to identify pain points while providing valuable feedback to the product and tech team. - Collaborate with internal teams and risk reducing rejection rates and drop-offs. - Get a higher share of the merchants business and customers by building relationships. - Make quarterly business plans with merchants and present forecasting reports of possible outcomes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales plans and marketing strategies. - Execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and achieve revenue targets. - Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities. - Onboarding new merchants monthly to increase market share while maintaining relationships with existing clients. - Solidifying, and maintaining productive relationships with key stakeholders. - Possess a strong understanding of our products, our competition in the industry and positioning. - Follow the latest industry developments and stay up to date on corporate competitors. Preference and Experience : - Personified professional and Proficient in communication. - Capable of managing the merchant grievances, queries and issues. - Ability to initiate and maintain strong relationships with relevant industry partners. - Strong code of ethics and sound business judgment are required. - Ability to work independently and deal effectively with complex, changing, and ambiguous environments. - Will need to travel to merchant locations. - Flexible to be responsive over the weekends. - Strong command over data fetching and analysis. - Preferred experience as Key Account Manager in ED Tech / Payment Gateway companies.
