We’re Hiring: You Tube Manager – K12 + IIT JEE (Ed Tech Only) Location: Bangalore (On-site) | Mon–SatExperience: 3–6 Years | CTC: Best in IndustryUnacademy is looking for an experienced and strategic You Tube Manager (K12 + IIT JEE) to lead the growth of our school-focused and competitive exam-focused channels.Candidates with prior experience handling K12, CBSE, ICSE, State Boards, or IIT JEE-focused You Tube channels will be given preference.Only candidates from Ed Tech or education-focused You Tube backgrounds will be considered.Role OverviewAs a You Tube Manager – K12 + IIT JEE, you’ll be responsible for scaling Unacademy’s You Tube presence across school categories (Classes 6–12) as well as IIT JEE preparation channels . You’ll drive content strategy, engagement, SEO, analytics, and team coordination to maximize student learning and retention.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategies for K12 categories (Classes 6–12, CBSE, ICSE, State Boards) and IIT JEE exam prep channels .Own end-to-end content lifecycle: planning, scheduling, publishing, performance tracking.Optimize videos for SEO — titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, watch time.Analyze audience behavior, retention, CTR, and engagement trends.Collaborate with educators, content, and creative teams.Drive A/B testing for thumbnails and content formats.Stay updated on You Tube algorithm changes and Ed Tech content trends.Ensure quality, consistency, and student-centric viewer experience.✅ Preferred Candidate ProfileMinimum 3–4 years of You Tube channel management.Mandatory experience in K12 / school-level education content or IIT JEE exam prep content .Strong grasp of You Tube Studio, Analytics, SEO, and growth strategies.Proven ability to manage educators and work cross-functionally.Experience in team coordination, content pipeline management, and real-time publishing.Strategic, creative, and data-driven approach.Interested?Apply viaTag someone from K12 + IIT JEE Ed Tech who should see this#You Tube Manager #Ed Tech #K12 #CBSE #ICSE #IITJEE #You Tube Jobs #Content Strategy #Channel Management #Hiring #Unacademy
