Job Description Job Title: Production Support Specialist Experience: 5+ Years Location: Pune Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Production Support Specialist with a strong background in authentication technologies, Linux administration, Azure Cloud, and containerized environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting, monitoring, and maintaining production-grade applications and infrastructure to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance. Key Responsibilities - Provide end-to-end production support for web applications and related infrastructure. - Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, performance issues, and deployment errors in production environments. - Manage and maintain Linux servers including system configurations, performance tuning, and patching. - Support and administer web/application servers such as Apache, Nginx, and Tomcat. - Implement, monitor, and optimize workloads on Azure Cloud and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). - Work with authentication and access management technologies such as SSO, SAML, OIDC, PKI, and MFA for secure integrations. - Collaborate with DevOps, Cloud, and Application teams to ensure smooth releases and zero-downtime deployments. - Participate in on-call rotation and ensure quick incident resolution adhering to SLA timelines. Required Skills - Strong knowledge of authentication & identity protocols: SSO, SAML, PKI, OIDC, and MFA. - Hands-on experience in Linux system administration and shell scripting. - Experience working on Microsoft Azure services and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). - Solid understanding of web servers and middleware technologies (Apache, Nginx, Tomcat). - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a production environment. Good to Have - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI). - Knowledge of monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Azure Monitor. - Experience with incident management and ITIL processes.
