Job Description We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR functions. From recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and performance management, this role ensures smooth operations and contributes to the overall betterment of team members. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding - Manage end-to-end hiring: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. - Ensure smooth induction and orientation of new joiners. Employee Engagement & Welfare - Organize employee engagement activities: birthdays, festivals, celebrations, and team-building events. - Foster a positive work culture by promoting collaboration and well-being. HR Operations - Maintain and monitor attendance, leave records, and employee timesheets. - Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed consistently. - Handle documentation across the employee lifecycle: onboarding to exit formalities. Training & Development - Coordinate training programs to upskill employees. - Support managers in implementing performance improvement plans. Performance Management - Assist in goal setting, reviews, and appraisal processes. - Track employee performance and provide insights for continuous improvement. Requirements - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - X years of HR experience (Generalist role preferred). - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency with HR software/tools (attendance systems, HRMS, ATS).
