Position: Sales Executive (Field)

We are looking for dynamic and driven Sales Executives to expand our market presence by building strong distribution and retail networks in Bhopal and Indore.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify, onboard, and manage distributors and retailers for DRINX products.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with trade partners to ensure product visibility and availability.

* Actively approach retailers to place and promote DRINX bottles.

* Execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to the management team.

* Ensure effective product display, branding, and promotional activities at retail points.

* Regularly report sales performance and market feedback.

Requirements

* For Bhopal: Freshers welcome (preferably with knowledge of FMCG sales).

* For Indore: Minimum 12 years of sales experience in FMCG required.

* Strong communication and negotiation skills.

* Ability to work independently in a field-based role.

* Must be comfortable with frequent travel within the assigned territory.

* Good understanding of local market dynamics (distributors, retailers, and consumers).

* Preferred Background

* Experience in FMCG sales (beverages, packaged foods, or similar).

* Local candidates from Bhopal or Indore preferred.
