Job Description Location: Remote Shift: Night Shift (to align with U.S. time zones) About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent for various roles. This position requires working during night shifts to support U.S.-based recruitment needs. Key Responsibilities: - Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and networking. - Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit. - Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and updates. - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals for current and future openings. - Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify suitable talent. Requirements: - Proven experience as an IT Recruiter (agency or corporate). - Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies (e.g., software development, cloud, DevOps). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions. - Comfortable working night shifts to support U.S. clients. - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience recruiting for U.S. markets. - Knowledge of visa processes and compliance (optional but a plus).
