Job Title: Formulation Manager - Pharma for Generic Market Support
Location: Mumbai, India
About the Role: We are seeking a Formulation Manager with hands-on experience in generic and super generic formulations. This role will lead laboratory operations, manage technical support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support pharmaceutical applications across Asia Pacific, Latin America, and the Middle East.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee formulation development and technical support for pharmaceutical applications in regulated markets.
- Collaborate with business development and R&D teams to enhance pharmaceutical formulations.
- Provide scientific support to internal teams, distributors, and clients.
- Manage laboratory operations, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Drive continuous innovation in drug formulation and delivery systems.
- Contribute to scientific articles, technical marketing tools, and research publications.
- Represent the company at conferences, seminars, and technical workshops.
Qualifications:
- PhD or Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences.
- 7- 10 years of hands-on experience in generic and super generic formulation development.
- Expertise in Lipid-Based Drug Delivery Systems (LBDDS).
- Understanding of global regulatory filings including ANDA, EMA, and ROW.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience in customer technical support and lab management.
- Knowledge of formulation troubleshooting and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to mentor and lead a technical team.
