Job Title: Formulation Manager - Pharma for Generic Market SupportLocation: Mumbai, IndiaAbout the Role: We are seeking a Formulation Manager with hands-on experience in generic and super generic formulations. This role will lead laboratory operations, manage technical support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support pharmaceutical applications across Asia Pacific, Latin America, and the Middle East.Responsibilities:- Oversee formulation development and technical support for pharmaceutical applications in regulated markets.- Collaborate with business development and R&D teams to enhance pharmaceutical formulations.- Provide scientific support to internal teams, distributors, and clients.- Manage laboratory operations, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.- Drive continuous innovation in drug formulation and delivery systems.- Contribute to scientific articles, technical marketing tools, and research publications.- Represent the company at conferences, seminars, and technical workshops.Qualifications:- PhD or Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences.- 7- 10 years of hands-on experience in generic and super generic formulation development.- Expertise in Lipid-Based Drug Delivery Systems (LBDDS).- Understanding of global regulatory filings including ANDA, EMA, and ROW.- Excellent oral and written communication skills.- Strong project management skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.Preferred Experience:- Prior experience in customer technical support and lab management.- Knowledge of formulation troubleshooting and regulatory compliance.- Ability to mentor and lead a technical team.Benefits:- Competitive salary and bonus potential.- Healthcare benefits.- Professional development and learning opportunities.- Collaborative work environment.Join us to contribute to groundbreaking advancements in pharmaceutical formulations and drug delivery solutionsApply Now
