Overview Talla Jewellers is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Incharge - Civil Works to oversee building and interior construction projects The ideal candidate will have a background in civil engineering and strong coordination skills to ensure the timely and quality execution of all civil-related tasks Roles Responsobilities Project Execution Read interpret and execute civil electrical plumbing and interior drawings on-site Ensure that construction is carried out in line with the design specifications quality standards and timelines Coordination Supervision Coordinate and manage daily tasks of teams like carpenters electricians plumbers tile workers POP teams AC and mirror installers etc Liaise with interior designers and architects to execute their drawings with precision To maintain the existing site and coordinate the repairs and renovations Quality Timeliness Maintain high standards of work quality Ensure project deliverables are completed on schedule without compromising safety or finish Cost Account Management Track daily expenses and manage site-level budgeting Maintain accurate records and coordinate with the accounts team for transparent and timely reporting Communication Reporting Provide regular updates on work progress to the management Handle on-site issues and resolve bottlenecks effectively Skills Experience In-depth knowledge of civil construction interior execution and related systems electrical plumbing etc Ability to read and implement working drawings from engineers and designers Minimum 5 years of hands-on site experience Strong leadership and coordination skills Accountability for timeline-driven and quality-focused delivery Good understanding of site accounting and cost tracking Basic computer and communication skills Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Experience Civil engineering 3 years Required Work Location In person
